National Sleep Awareness Week


March 7-13, 2011, kicks off National Sleep Awareness Week. The campaign, sponsored by the National Sleep Foundation, helps to promote sleep health awareness and the vital importance of sleep to our daily lives.

To help promote the NSF’s annual campaign, we shared some tips to improve people’s sleep habits and help them live healthier.
